Catching up

Bless me Father for I have sinned, it has been several months since I have updated the blog. Just kidding. (Hopefully that wasn't too out of line.) As I am typing and trying to keep a 1 year old from punching the keyboard and a 3 year old from trying to climb on my lap, it is abundantly clear why I am not a regular blogger. I think it will be easiest if I just include a bunch of pictures to catch up.

These next few pictures were taken at the Children's Garden at Thanksgiving Point. Ella, Seth and cousin Caleb had a great time exploring the cave with the bear.

Climbing the ladder in the lighthouse playhouse.

I think we fed the fish for about an hour. They loved it! Some of the fish would jump out of the water and try to grab the food out of their hands.

This sweet boy was along for the ride. He enjoys whatever he is doing.

Ella and Caleb doing a duet on the Glockenspiel or something.

We spent a lot of time at the different splash parks by us. Ella and her good friend Kaylie are definitely water girls.

Caleb and Ella at the Living Planet Aquarium. Caleb loves "Finding Nemo" and we certainly saw a lot of Nemos.

They have a little boat for the kids to play on. It moves and makes boat sounds as well as shows a couple different videos. Ella was deep in conversation with some friends. Good thing Caleb was driving.

They have a Journey to South America exhibit at the aquarium. We saw Caymans, turtles, pirahnas, eels, an anaconda and several other cool animals from South America. Plus we took advantage of this photo op. Don't worry Ella assured me that Alligators can't get you in a canoe.

Seth absolutely loves the aquarium. He could have watched the sharks swim around for hours.

This kid loves the water and splashing in it. He doesn't even mind if he splashes himself right in the eye. Ella on the other hand would be beside herself and demanding a towel. He is so good while I get his sunblock on even when I give him a spiky sunblock do.

You can always count on daddy to throw you around in the pool. Ella thinks she can swim all by herself. I don't have the heart to tell her she would probably sink to the bottom if she didn't have her flotation suit on.

Ella and Seth being pulled around the pool by Grandma Judi.

Seth in his cute sunglasses. I think he kept them on for a complete 30 seconds. It takes a real man to be secure enough to ride around in a pink dolphin.

Seth loves to have all his food in separate piles so he can choose what he wants. He will take a little bit from each pile and eat it mostly evenly. He is a lover of all food. Even if we gave him cookies and vegetables on the same tray, all of it would get eaten.
