This little play house was fun for the kids. It had two levels and the kids had fun going up and down.
They also enjoyed waving to us from the windows.
Seth insisted on bringing his "liyer gun". It came in extremely handy for shooting livestock.
It was also nice for keeping mommy in line. "Mommy I shoot you!!' he kept telling me.
This goat had a serious itch. It worked on scratching it against this plastic container for over 10 minutes. Ella was intrigued by it.
The little goats were just enjoying some delicious hay when we came upon them.
Since they were already eating the kids decided to help with the feeding. Even though they were picking the hay out of the trough the goats were onto them.
Seth and Tate thought it was wildly fun to chase around this chicken who had gotten out of its cage.
You know how it goes. It's all fun and games until the chicken starts chasing YOU. Then Seth was running for MAMA.
How many helpers does it take to push a stroller with no one in it? 3
As mesmerizing as it was to take the kids on a tour of antique farm equipment, they preferred the more interactive approach.
Yay wagon rides!! Thanks for the memories Wheeler Farm. We will probably be seeing you again in another generation.

Ahhhh, good old Wheeler Farm. It was worth it to get the funny chicken picture.
When Rob and JJ were young, we went one fine spring day and got to see a deceased cow who had bloated from eating too much clover. That's their main memory of that place, I think.
