Ella in her festive tulip outfit. She loves going to the Tulip Festival at Thanksgiving Point. I have to say this year was a little underwhelming. The cold weather prevented a lot of the tulips from blooming on time. I'm sure next year will be even better. This was our second visit to the festival this year. We were joined by Aunt April and cousin Tate. On our first visit we had camera difficulties, so no pictures to speak of.

This is one of Ella's favorite spots. She always tries to convince me to let her climb on the rocks. She has my uncoordinated gene so only bad things would come of that.
The kids loved feeding goldfish crackers to the koi fish. I don't think they appreciated the irony.

There was a beautiful owl that had made a nest near the top of the waterfall. When we walked up behind the waterfall we got a great look at it. Sorry no pictures.
