Ella loves zoo animals. Her absolute favorites were the crocodiles and the alligators. The white alligator that Hogle Zoo had on loan was the most amazing thing to her. Everytime he blinked Ella thought he was winking at her. When we left she said "He really likes me".
If there is anything that can be climbed on or played with Ella is on it.
I don't think she got the idea of this photo op. We told her to pose like the picture to see if she was the same size as the ape but it came out more like stretching. Maybe next year.
Little brother Seth was rather underwhelmed with the zoo even though Ella kept telling him about everything.
The Zoo animal merry go round was a big hit. When Ella first got on we asked her to pick an animal to ride on. She chose the peacock, which was a stationary bench. When she realized this she decided to live dangerously and ride the tiger.
The zoo train. The only activity that Seth was semiconscious for. All in all a very fun zoo trip.
